For the development of BSNL, a team should
be formed at each SSA
level having its members chosen from
all the related sections. About 13 possoible Core
teams
may be formed with experts of that field in each team.

The Mobile wing must
be merged with SSA for smooth mtce and operation of Mobile
services. Due
to this separation of
these two units various administrative and technical
difficulties being faced by Executives as well as our customers , as there is
no proper co-ordination and communication between these two establishments in
different SSAs, because of which our GSM services are heading from bad
to worse.
