29.05.2006 Orders have been issued promoting 399 SDEs to Adhoc STS vide Order No.412-17/2006-Pers I dated 29-05-2006. All officers
have been accommodated in their respective Circles.

Singh Director(HRD) BSNL Board on 5th May’2006 at PATNA during
his visit and discussed with earliest implementation of promotion policy of executives,
perks, restoration of power of CGMT for creation of man power post, early disposal of creation of man power post at BSNL C.O., cancellation of hard tenure transfer of our Bihar comrade and DPC for promotion
of JTOs to SDEs and promotion of SDEs to Adhoc STS on Qualifying quota immediately. The Director (HRD) reacts very positively
at all issue.
