Respected Sir,
With humble request we would like
to draw your kind attention to the few points which we have derived in the CWC of our association held on 26th
& 27th June 2009 at Shillong, NE-I
Telecom Circle.
Sir, it was, it is and it will be a great pleasure for us to be in session with the activists and stalwarts of the
greatest Executive Association in the country. It is a great pride for us for the best deliberation in the CWC particularly
by Sri Madhusudan Mahto, Vice-Precident CHQ cum SDE (Trunk) O/o PGM PTD, Sri D.K.Verma CWC member cum SDE (Plg) O/o TDM Hajipur,
Sri Abhay Kumar CWC member cum SDE (NIB) O/o PGM PTD including myself. A detailed discussion on the strategies for growth
of BSNL, Quality of services, Declination in Land Line & Profit was held.100 days programme of CMD is specially focused.
We on behalf of SNEA (I), Bihar Telecom Circle decided
to launch the following programme:
Start Exhibition-cum-Sale
of our Marketing products, New Services such as New Telephone Connections, Broadband Connections, Pre-paid WLL, EVDO, 2G mobile
connections, 3G Mobile connections, 3G Data Cards, Blackberry Services etc. at important places in Patna (As Pilot Scheme)
such as all Colleges and Institute of Patna University & Magadh University, Patna Railway Station, Patna Airport, All
important State/Central/PSU establishment campus and important business center at Patna with manpower and expenditure at the
cost of our Association.
In this regards, it is our humble request to
provide Marketing materials such as forms for new connections Broadband, Landline, Mobile (2G+3G), EVDO, Pre-paid WLL etc,
advertisement, tariff details in printed form, products of BSNL to be sold should also be provided with appropriate selling
terms and conditions on “ No Profit-No Loss” formula. We will manage need of manpower voluntarily and other infrastructure
and expenditure ourselves on behalf of SNEA (I) Bihar Telecom Circle.
I hope Sir,
in our this endeavor to uplift the business of BSNL’s Products, you shall keep your role of our Guide and Leader of
our organization. This is our first step towards our role and responsibly of making BSNL a viable and vibrant organization
in Public Sector. Very soon we shall take our next step towards enhancement of Quality of Services.
With all these mentioned above, we thank your for your keen interest in improvement of services of BSNL in Bihar. Hence, let us join hands for a bright future of our circle in BSNL on “National Map”

Completion of CWC meet at
Shillong Held on 26th & 27th June 09: Report: : The two day Historic and Glorious
Central Working Committee meeting of SNEA(I) was successfully held on 26th & 27th June 2009 at Hotel Orchid, of Shillong the capital city of Meghalya, This CWC was unique
and historic in the way that for the first time development of BSNL agenda was discussed in place of conventional HR related Agenda. Right from the 25 page brief Report and address of GS to the report of each
and every Circle Secretary submitted their views,
opinions, suggestions and concern over the falling market share
of BSNL, continuous declining trend in revenue, Poor response
to new 3 G and Blackberry services and Falling Profits of Company were mainly discussed in two days discussions.Bihar CWC team was led
by CS Com. Ratish Kumar ,Com Madhusudan Mahto,Com Abhay Kumar and Com D.K.Verma.

ACR (Annual Confidential Report) to be replaced as APAR (Annual Performance Appraisal Report) w.e.f 01.04.2009. Office Memorandum issued by DOP&Trg based
on the Hon. Supreme Court verdict on 12.05.2008 in Civil Appeal No. 7631 of 2002. All the APAR entries has to be communicated
to the official for fairness and transparency in administration. Association is taking up the matter with BSNL Management.
